No refunds will be provided more than 2 days following the date of purchase of any online self paced video learning products. There will be no exceptions.
If you are not satisfied 25% amount will be deducted and rest will be refunded back to your account.
There is no refund for all the live training sessions or exam vouchers.
The purpose of this policy is to allow individuals to experience the video based learning product quality. It wasn’t intended to allow individuals to take the preparation material and after that request a refund a couple of days later.
